Adding Multi Factor Authentication - New Phone

  1. Go to ras1.cloudtopremote.com
  2. Sign in using the provided credentials from your Welcome Letter.

  3. After entering your credentials, you should receive the following QR code.
  4. Download Microsoft Authenticator to your mobile device. You can scan the below QR codes with your phones camera, or search "Microsoft Authenticator" on the app store.
    1. IOS: 
      iOS QR code to open the App Store
    2. Android:
      Android QR code to open app store
  5. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app once installed. At the bottom left, select "Scan QR Code".
  6. The app will open your Camera, scan the QR code onscreen and it should automatically add the new Authenticator to your app.
  7. Use the six-digit code from the newly added Authenticator to sign in.
  8. All set! Your Authenticator is now setup and ready to go! If you still need assistance please reach out to the helpdesk.
