- Go to ras.cloudtopremote.com
- Sign in using the provided credentials from your Welcome Letter.
After entering your credentials, you should receive the following QR code.
Open your DUO Mobile Account.
Click "Add Account" at the top left, select "Scan QR Code"
The app will open your Camera, scan the QR code onscreen and it should automatically add the new Authenticator to your app.
Use the six-digit code from the newly added Authenticator to sign in.
