Reset Citrix Workspace [Mac Users]
- At the top of your screen you should see the Citrix Workspace icon. Right Click it, Choose Preferences from the drop-down menu.

- On the next menu, Go to the Accounts tab. Select any existing Storefronts and click the " - " symbol to remove them. Make sure you remove all of them or it will not reset.
- Once all of the accounts are removed, close the Preferences window. Restart Citrix Workspace.
- On the next screen, you'll be prompted to enter the Storefront URL, enter: my.cloudtopoffice.com
- On the next screen, you'll want to enter your Citrix Credentials. (formatted: firstname.lastname) [let us know if you need assistance resetting your credentials]
- All set!
