Citrix Workspace Receiver Reset [MacOS]

Reset Citrix Workspace [Mac Users]

  1. At the top of your screen you should see the Citrix Workspace icon. Right Click it, Choose Preferences from the drop-down menu.

  3. On the next menu, Go to the Accounts tab. Select any existing Storefronts and click the " - " symbol to remove them. Make sure you remove all of them or it will not reset.
  4. Once all of the accounts are removed, close the Preferences window. Restart Citrix Workspace.
  5. On the next screen, you'll be prompted to enter the Storefront URL, enter: my.cloudtopoffice.com
  6. On the next screen, you'll want to enter your Citrix Credentials. (formatted: firstname.lastname) [let us know if you need assistance resetting your credentials]
  7. All set!
