Open Settings:
- Press `⊞ Win + I` to open the Settings app.
- Alternatively, click on the Start Menu and then select the 'Settings' gear icon.
Navigate to Network & Internet:
- In the Settings window, click on the `Network & Internet` tab on the left sidebar.
Select Network Properties:
- For `Wi-Fi`: Click on `Wi-Fi`, and then click on the name of your connected Wi-Fi network to open its properties.
- For `Ethernet`: Click on `Ethernet`, and then click on the `Network` you are connected to.
Edit IP Settings:
- Scroll down to the `IP settings` section and click on the `Edit` button.
Enter Google’s IPv4 DNS Server Addresses:
- In the Edit IP settings window that appears, select `Manual` from the drop-down menu.
- Toggle the `IPv4` switch to `On`.
- In the `Preferred DNS` field, enter `8.8.8.8`.
- In the `Alternate DNS` field, enter `8.8.4.4`.
- Click on the `Save` button to apply the changes.
Enter Google’s IPv6 DNS Server Addresses:
-Toggle the `IPv6` switch to `On`
In the `Preferred DNS` field, enter `2001:4860:4860::8888`
In the `Alternate DNS` field, enter `2001:4860:4860::8844`.
Click on the `Save` button to apply the changes.
Open Command Prompt:
- Press `⊞ Win + S` to open the search bar.
- Type `cmd` and select the `Run as administrator` option for Command Prompt.
Run the Flush DNS Command:
- In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter:
ipconfig /flushdns
- You should see a confirmation message stating, 'Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.'
Reset the Citrix Receiver:
Find the Citrix Receiver icon in your system tray, Right-Click it > Advanced Preferences.
Click "Reset Citrix Workspace".
Sign in with your Citrix Credentials. (formatted: Firstname.Lastname)
