Citrix Workstation Cleanup Tool and Reinstall

HERE ARE THE MORE INSTRUCTIONS TO CLEAR OUT YOUR WORKSPACE AND UPDATE TO THE CURRENT VERSION


This will allow you to remove Citrix workspace app(CWA), run clean-up, delete existing Workspace preference files and folder and install current latest version of Citrix Workspace.


Please follow the steps below:


1- Citrix workspace app clean and installation  

  1. Please un-install Citrix workspace app from the  Client machine. (from Control Panel) run clean-up tool: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ulu0z7j0wy68luh/ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe?dl=1
  2. Delete Citrix workspace app files and folder from client machine. Delete the following folders on your computer
    C:\ProgramData\Citrix
    C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\Citrix
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix
    C:\Program Files\Citrix
  3. Download and Install Citrix workspace app: (Current version) https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/
  4. REBOOT THE COMPUTER

You will need the server address when you install the workspace

the Server address is my.cloudtopoffice.com

Then enter your Citrix username and Citrix password
