Q: Can I still use Citrix Workspace during the migration?

A: Yes, both platforms are available for a short time, but please migrate to Parallels Client asap.

Q: What if I have trouble installing the Parallels Client?

A: Please consult the installation guide, then contact our helpdesk if you’re still having trouble.

Q: Will my apps and data still be available?

A: Yes! All your apps and data stay the same, just accessed through the new Parallels Client.

Q: The Parallels Client gives a security warning. What should I do?

A: You may safely check “Do not ask me again” and click “Yes” to continue.
