If you experience issues during your remote session, such as slowness, unresponsiveness, or a program freezing, you can log off your session without the need for support assistance. Here's how to log off using Parallels Client:

(Modern Version)

1. Open the Parallels Client application on your device and click the toggle button at the top right.

2. Choose Log out.

(Classic Version)

1. Open the Parallels Client application on your device and choose the Sessions tab at the top of Parallels. 

2. Choose Log out from the drop down menu.
