Issues Connection Citrix on machine without current Windows updates

We have seen an issue with some computers who have not kept up their windows updates and are trying to use the most current Citrix Workspace
The program will not connect or not start.

Resollution
- do all windows updates and reinstall Citrix Workspace
Link to new (current Citrix Workspace)


OR
uninstall the new citrix workspace and install an older one until windows updates are done
