Installing Citrix Workspace: Windows / Mac

STEP 1)  Download the Citrix Workspace installer. 


                    For Windows machines:  (Click Here)      

                    For Macs:  (Click Here)  


STEP 2)  Run the installer.  Accept the License Agreement.  Click Install.  Click Finish. 


STEP 3)  Open the Citrix Workspace.

STEP 4)  Enter the server address where prompted (NOT YOUR WORK EMAIL!!) 


                    The server address is    https://my.cloudtopoffice.com/


STEP 5)  Enter your Citrix username and password.


STEP 6)  The  Citrix Workspace window will open.  If your app is listed under the HOME tab, click on it to start the app.  If it's

               not listed,  click on the down arrow  (it's just to the right of the gear icon in the upper-right portion of the window) 
               and select "Refresh Apps".  Once  located, click on the down-arrow under the app and select "Add to Favorites".  It
               will now be available under the HOME tab.  Going forward, all you have to do is open the Citrix Workspace and click
               on the app's icon to start the app.
