Our Policy on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)

We believe that you have the right to privacy and control over your information. This fundamental belief helps guide our Privacy Policy.

Any and all data that you provide to Tandem CloudTop, either directly or via our online forms, will NEVER be sold or released to ANY third parties.

The purpose of collecting your data is to ensure

  • we provide the information you have requested
  • provide you with the product(s) and services you purchased
  • keep you updated on current releases, promotions, renewals relating to our products

We collect both personal and non-personal information. Information provided is expressly provided by you, such as your full name, phone number, email address, business name and address for registration requirements and billing information.  We do not collect or store credit card data unless you have signed up for our 'auto-renewal' service.

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) is effective May 25, 2018. The GDPR requires that a legal basis is used to process personal data. In certain countries, there are different legal bases that we rely on to use your personal information that you have provided. 

  • The use of information may be necessary to perform or provide the agreement you have with Tandem CloudTop. Example to complete a purchase of a product, to register and maintain your account.
  • The use of your information for a legitimate interest. For example, we rely on your interest to analyze and improve our products and services and website access . Example to send you notification about software updates or information about products that may also be of interest based on your current product use.

Promotional Emails are informative e-mails strictly on the guidelines of CAN-SPAM act of 2003. We will clearly mention the source mail-id of mail, also clearly mentioned the subject lines and they are in no way misleading in any form. Your e-mail address was found through our own efforts through a filtered web search or you have made an initial contact with us or you are a customer (active or non-active) with a registered copy of our software.
