Outlook displays "Need Password" but the log-on window does not open

Issue: you have changed our exchange password and need to store it in Citrix based outlook

Resolution: You can update your Outlook password by logging into Outlook via server desktop within Citrix. Once you launch server desktop, start outlook. You will be prompted for the new password and given the opportunity to save the password. Once you do this, you can close outlook and log off the server desktop.

You may now use Outlook via a published application with the saved new password.
