Parallels Installation with Images - Updated 06/17/25
2. Click "Download".
3. Open the installed file, either from your downloads folder or from the top right of your browser.
4. Choose "Install Full Client".
5. Click "Next".
6. Accept the terms, then choose "Next".
7. Set the install path (The default is fine). Choose "Next".
8. Choose where you'd like Shortcuts to be added, Choose "Next".
9. Choose "Do not allow shadowing", unless you prefer we be able to connect to your session on-demand without sending a support session.
10. Choose "Do not Install Single-Sign On Component".
11. Choose "Install". If you do not have administrative privileges, you can either do "Install Basic Client" instead, or use the web version at ras.cloudtopremote.com.
12. Click "Create Connection", or it may have initially prompted you to add a "work email or server address".
13. Enter ras.cloudtopremote.com , the old my.cloudtopoffice.com has not been moved over yet.
14. Enter you Citrix Credentials.
15. Click "OK" on the Welcome Message.
16. Double-click any app to open it. You're all set, welcome to Parallels Client.
