To restore the trust connection between your computer and our Citrix servers, please follow these steps to reset your Citrix Workspace:
1. Access Citrix Workspace Settings
- Locate the Citrix Workspace icon in your Windows system tray. The icon in the taskbar/on the desktop will NOT work, only the System Tray.
- Right-click on the icon to open the menu.
2. Open Advanced Preferences
- From the menu, select the option labeled "Advanced Preferences."
3. Reset Citrix Workspace
- Click on "Reset Citrix Workspace" within the Advanced Preferences window.
- A prompt will appear; select "Yes" to confirm the reset.
4. Enter Store URL
- Enter my.cloudtopoffice.com
5. Enter your Citrix Credentials
- Contact us if you need this to be reset.
