Resetting the Citrix Workspace

Here are instructions for resetting the Citrix Workspace. This will re-establish the trust relationship between your computer and our servers.
1. Locate the Citrix Workspace icon in the Windows System Tray/Notification Area. This is at the bottom right of your screen near the clock, and the icon typically appears blue and white.


2.  Select Advanced Preferences.


3.  Choose Reset Citrix Workspace.


4.  Click  Yes, reset Citrix Workspace.


5.  Enter our Gateway Address:  https://my.cloudtopoffice.com


6.  Enter your Citrix credentials and then click Sign In to access your Citrix apps.

8. Once logged in, you will see the new home screen. You can add apps to your favorites for quick access by clicking the "+" sign on the left-hand side.
