Uninstall/Reinstall the Citrix Workspace (Windows)

If you're having a problem getting connected to your Citrix apps, and you have already reset the Workspace, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Citrix Workspace:

Uninstall the Citrix Workspace:

     STEP 1)   For Windows 11, click on the Windows button and select Installed apps.






For previous Windows versions, open the Control Panel and select Programs and Features.




     STEP 2)  Select your existing Citrix Workspace and click Uninstall.  




Reinstall the Citrix Workspace:

     STEP 1)  Download the Citrix Workspace installer  (Click Here)      


     STEP 2)  Run the installer.  Accept the License Agreement.  Click Install.  Click Add Account.


     STEP 3)  Enter the server address where prompted (NOT YOUR WORK EMAIL!!) 


                    The server address is    https://my.cloudtopoffice.com/


     STEP 4)  Enter your Citrix username and password
