THE CITRIX WORKSPACE IS NOT CURRENTLY WORKING. Make sure and use Web client for Citrix
WORKAROUND is to use the Web client for Citrix:
- Open a browser
- Go to https://my.cloudtopoffice.com
- Log in with your Citrix credentials - CHOOSE USE LIGHT VERSION - NOT DETECT RECEIVER
***If your Citrix is spinning on the web version it's most likely that you have chosen detect receiver. Here is how to set back to LITE VERSION***
- Login to https://my.cloudtopoffice.com with Chrome/Edge, Firefox
- At the top, click on settings then down to Account Settings
- Then choose USE LIGHT VERSION - NOT DETECT CITRIX RECEIVER
If you open your apps from this webpage you will avoid the problem which is limited to the Citrix Workspace (formerly called the Citrix Receiver).
**Important Choose LITE VERSION Do not choose Detect Receiver.
