Workaround for Issues with Citrix WorkSpace (Win machines)

Here are some workaround steps.  - For Windows PC

IF you aren't able to use the Citrix Workspace
- Uninstall the Citrix Workspace from your Windows Control panel (It may be listed as Citrix Receiver
- Reinstall from the following Link (Windows machines)

You will need the server address when you reinstall: Citrix Server Address  https://my.cloudtopoffice.com


If this doesn't work, here is a work around that does not use the Workspace (go ahead and uninstall Workspace so it doesn't interfere, or choose LIGHT VERSION  rather than detect receiver)
- Open a browser
- Log in with your Citrix credentials

**The Light Version does not allow for Printing - but you can save to PDF and then copy the file.
