Possible Issue for Some Users: This has meant that some users will receive an error when connecting to Tandem resources via the Citrix Receiver.
You may receive one of the following errors
SOLUTION: Reset the Citrix Receiver.
Here are instructions for resetting the Citrix Receiver. This will
re-establish the Trust relationship between your computer and our
servers.

3) Your Citrix password.
