Act! for Web - Integration with Microsoft Outlook
In order to use Microsoft Outlook with Act! for Web, you must download and install the integration software.
Note: before proceeding, you must uninstall any previous version of ACT! integration software.
- Open Internet Explorer and log in to your database.
- Open the Tools menu, choose Preferences, and then choose E-mail.
- Within the E-mail integration section, click Download.
- Click Install.
- Enter your password and click OK.
- Click Run.
- You may see this window... if so, click Actions.
- You may see this window... if so, click More Options.
- You may see this window... if so, click Run anyway.
- You may see this window... if so, click Install.
- Click Next.
Click Next.
- Click Finish.
- Now start Outlook and add your Act! database as an address book in Outlook.
