Adding Multi-Factor Authentication to Your RAS Account

To add multi-factor authentication to your RAS account:

- Open a browser and enter this URL:  https://ras.cloudtopremote.com/mfa
- Log in with the RAS credentials you have already received in our Welcome Letter.



- If you don't already have the Google Authenticator app on your phone, download and install it.
- Open the app and click "Scan a QR Code" (if this is your first time using the app will have to click the + sign in the lower-right part of the screen first).



- Scan the bar code.



- Go back to the RAS logon screen and click OK. 
- Enter the Google Authenticator code in the OTP ( One-time password ) field and click OK.



- You will now be able to access your apps.  
- On any subsequent RAS logon attempt, open the Google Authenticator and enter the new code at the OTP prompt.
