Citrix Web Client - Accessing Citrix Without a Client Installation

1. Go to the web portal (https://my.cloudtopoffice.com).

2. Enter your Citrix credentials. (formatted as Firstname.Lastname).


3. Click on the "Detect Citrix Workspace" button. If prompted.


4. Then, click on "Already Installed".


6. A list of available applications will be displayed. Choose the app you wish to launch, Click "Open".


7. You'll be prompted to save an .ica file, Save it to your downloads and continue.

7. Left-Click the .ica file from the browser to launch your selected application.




Some users may experience this issue:  "You Cannot Login at This Time".
We've found that opening the portal in an Incognito Window (CTRL+SHIFT+N) resolves this issue.
