Creating a Mapped Drive To Make It Easy To Go To a Specific Local Folder

If you need frequent access to local files and folders, you can make things much easier by creating a mapped drive.   Once you do this, the mapped drive will show up  under "This PC" in the File Explorer.

- Open the File Explorer on your local machine (not the one in on the server).
Select This PC from the left pane. Then, on the Computer tab, select Map network drive.

In the Drive list, select a drive letter.  In the Folder box, type the path of the desired folder.
- Click Finish.

- Now open the File Explorer in your server Workspace.  You can go directly to your new mapped
  folder.

Please note:   if you're only going to access local files infrequently, you can do this without creating the mapped drive.  How?
