Getting Help From Quickbooks Support

Getting Help From Quickbooks Support

If you are having problems "inside" your company file (lost passwords, verify/rebuild errors, etc.), the best course is for you to call Quickbooks Support at (877) 683 3280.  Since we are a hosting provider, if
we call them they WILL NOT discuss anything that has to do with your company file data.

When you call Quickbooks Support, they will ask for a license number.  The Quickbooks software running on the Citrix server is registered with our hosting provider "site" license.   Be sure to give them your "individual" license number, not the one listed in the program help screen (it will not match your company info that Quickbooks has on file).

We have a complete support system standing by to help if you have any questions or problems.  Please take a moment to setup a helpdesk account.  How?
