Getting a Prompt to Update the Citrix Workspace

After installing the Citrix Workspace on your machine, you may encounter this message:




If you'd like to update, click the Download button (you can skip the update, but keep in mind it's a good policy to stay on a fairly recent version to take advantage of bug fixes, new features, etc.). 

STEP 1)  When the download finishes, run the installer.  Accept the License Agreement.  Click Install.  Click Add Account.


STEP 2)  Enter the server address where prompted (NOT YOUR WORK EMAIL!!) 


                    The server address is    https://my.cloudtopoffice.com/


STEP 3)  Enter your Citrix username and password.  The Citrix Apps that you have already selected will be waiting for you. 



Some users prefer to manage the Citrix Workspace updates themselves, and decide to stop receiving the update notifications.  How?
