Install Parallels Client: Windows

Info
To start using your RAS apps:

1. Open a browser and go to https://ras.cloudtopremote.com/

2. Click "Download Client".



3. Click "Download".



3. Run the downloaded file and choose "Install Basic Client".



4. Click "Next".



5. Check the "I accept the terms..." box, click "Next", and click "Next" again.



6. Enable the Customer Experience Program



7. Create Desired Shortcuts and Click "Next".



8. Select "Do not install Single Sign-On component" and click "Next".



9. Click "Install".



10. Click "Finish".



11. Click "Create Connection" to add a RAS connection. 



12. Enter the server address:   ras.cloudtopremote.com



13. Click "Connect".



14. Click "OK" on the Welcome message.



15. Double-click any app to open it.



16. The app will open in its own window, Welcome to our Cloud!
