How do I grant calendar access to other users?

How do I grant calendar access to other users?

Each user that you want to schedule an activity for must first grant you access to their calendar.

- Have the other person start Act!, click on the Schedule menu, and then select Grant Calendar Access…

- In the Calendar Access window have the other person (assume their name is User #1)  select your
username (assume your name is User #2) and then click the Access button.

- In the Edit Access window that appears have them select either View (you can only see their
calendar) or View and Schedule  (you can see their calendar and add items to it).

- Have them click OK on the Calendar Access window to save the changes and return to using Act!.

At this point, the other person has granted you access to their calendar.  Close and reopen your ACT...
You should now be able to access their calendar.
