Logging Off a Remote Session via Citrix Connection Center (Windows)

Logging Off a Remote Session via Citrix Connection Center (Windows)

1. Locate the Citrix Workspace icon on your taskbar.

2. Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon.

3. From the options that appear, select "Connection Center."

4. Once within the Connection Center, you have two options:

- Terminate a specific application individually.

- Completely log off the session, which will close all active applications.

After choosing the session to log off, It will ask you to confirm, Click yes and then attempt logging in again.

For resolving most issues, a complete log off is typically the most effective solution. If you're unable to reopen your apps after logging off in Citrix, go through the following steps:

1. Ensure Citrix Workspace is up-to-date:

- Check for updates and install if available.

2. Restart Citrix Workspace:

- Right-click the Citrix Workspace icon in the taskbar and select "Exit."

- Restart Citrix Workspace and attempt to reconnect.
