If you are ready to get started, simply accept the quote we sent you and make an online payment (or give us a call at (866) 710-4228).  

Here's the process to start using Quickbooks on our servers:

1)  We will need your current Quickbooks License information.  Here's how to send it to us:

  - Open your existing Quickbooks program.
  - Hit the F2 key.  A window will open with your license info.
  - Take a screenshot of the license window by pressing the Print Screen Key.
            (Can't find it?  Look in the upper-right part of your keyboard.)
  - Open a new email message and position your cursor in the body of the e-mail. 
  - Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot into your email.
  - Send the e-mail to accounting@cloudtopoffice.com 

2)  Send another e-mail with the the names of your users and their email addresses to 
     accounting@cloudtopoffice.com.  We will get started setting your team up right away.

3)  Once we have received your license # and user list, we will send you a welcome letter with instructions for signing on to Quickbooks on our servers.
