QuoteWerks Crashes When Delivering a Quote

Here's how to stop QuoteWerks from crashing when delivering a quote:



First, find your default Windows printer:

 

- In the lower-left corner of your screen, click the Windows [Start] button.

 

- From the side panel, click the gear-shaped [Settings] icon.



 


- Select "Devices".


 



-  The printers installed on your computer are listed under "Printers & scanners". 
- Locate the printer that says "Default" under the printer name. This is your default printer.


 

 


Now make a different printer the default:

 

- Click on the Microsoft XPS Document Writer.

 

- Click on the Manage button.

 




- Click on the Set as default button.

 




- Log off and log back on to Citrix to pickup the change.

 

 

Now retry the step that was failing with the new default printer.
