QuoteWerks Crashes When Delivering a Quote (MAC COMPUTERS)

Here's how to stop QuoteWerks from crashing when delivering a quote for a MAC Computer:


Quotewerks requires a computer have a Default Printer for previewing and delivering Quotes.   No default printer will cause the program to crash.

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the “Default printer” pop-up menu on the right, then choose an option. If you want the same printer to always be the default printer, choose that printer.


- Log off and log back on to Citrix to pickup the change.

 

 

Now retry the step that was failing with the new default printer.
