Here's how to stop QuoteWerks from crashing when delivering a quote:

The reason Quotewerks Crashes is there is not a default printer

Here is how to set a default printer on a MAC

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Click the “Default printer” pop-up menu on the right, then choose an option. 



- Log off and log back on to Citrix to pickup the change.

 

 

Now retry the step that was failing with the new default printer.
