Quotewerks Error Message - Could not find file SITE.mdb

You might get this error message when trying to open Quotewerks:




Here's how to fix the problem:

Open the File Explorer from your Citrix Workspace. 
- Click on the View tab.
- Place a check mark next to File name extensions and Hidden items.
- Select the Q: Drive in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Select the QuoteWerks folder. 



- Search for files beginning with site*
- Locate the backup for the Site file.  It may be called site.bak or site.b01 (there may be
  other .bXX numbers).
- Rename it to Site.MDB.




- Close the File Explorer and reopen QuoteWerks.
