Trouble with E-mail Validation - Part 1

Some users have reported having issues with Webmail Authorization:




Since Quickbooks uses Internet Explorer by default, try switching to Chrome:

- Open Internet Explorer from your Citrix Workspace (not from your local machine).
- Click on the gear icon (upper-right corner) to open the Settings Menu.
- Select "Internet options"
- Click on the Programs tab
- Click on the Set Programs buttons




- Select "Set your default programs".




- Set your default Web Browser to Google Chrome.




- Click the OK button to save the changes.
- Reopen Quickbooks and retry the e-mail operation.
