Getting an Error When Updating
Periodically, you will receive a prompt to update the Citrix Workspace.
Several users have encountered the following error:
If this happens, here are the steps to carry out: (Do this on your computer, not on the Citrix system)
- Right-click on the Windows Start button and select Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
- Click on the existing Citrix Workspace app and select Uninstall.
- Once the uninstall finishes, re-install the Citrix Workspace. How?
