Installing Citrix Workspace: iPad / iPhone

1.  Download and install the Citrix Workspace App from the AppStore or the Google Play Store

2.  Wait for the installation to finish

3.  Open the Citrix Workspace

4.  Select the “Add Account” option

5.  Enter https://my.cloudtopoffice.com  

6.  Wait for the address to verify

7.  Enter your assigned username and password.

The domain is tandem1training. 

Please note that the separator is a back-slash ( \ ), NOT a forward-slash ( / ).

8.   The  Citrix Workspace window will open.  If your app is listed under the HOME tab, click on it to start the app.  If it's not listed,  click on the down arrow  (it's just to the right of the gear icon in the upper-right portion of the window) and select "Refresh Apps".  Once  located, click on the down-arrow under the app and select "Add to Favorites".  It will now be available under the HOME tab.  Going forward, all you have to do is open the Citrix Workspace and click on the app's icon to start the app.
