Backing Up Your Company File
In order to host your Quickbooks application, we will need a copy of your current Quickbooks Company file. Here's how to create a Company File Backup:
- Log in to Quickbooks in single-user mode. If you’re already logged in, switch to single-user mode
in the File menu.
- Click on the File menu.
- Select "Backup Company".
- Select "Create Local Backup".
- Select the "Local Backup" option and click Next.
- Select a location for the file and click OK.
- Select "Use this location" and click OK.
- Select "Save it now" and click Next.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
Once the backup is created, you will need to upload it and restore it on our servers.
