Sending Us Your Company File Backup

To get started using Quickbooks, you will need to upload and restore a Company File Backup into a Company File which you can then open in Quickbooks.

If you haven't done it already, you will have make a backup of your existing Company File.  How?

Here's how you can upload and restore your Company File Backup:  How?

If you're not able to upload and restore the files yourself, here's how you can send us your data:

- Locate your Company File Backup. 
- Go to this website:  tinyurl.com/send2tandem
- Enter your e-mail address and click on the "Choose File" button.



- Navigate to your Company File Backup and click on the "Open" button (you can send up to five files if needed).



- Click on the "SendThisFile" button.
- Repeat the process if you have additional Company File Backups
- When finished, let us know you sent the file by sending an e-mail to accounting@cloudtopoffice.com

Once we have loaded your files into the cloud, you will need to restore the Company File Backups.  How?
