QuoteWerks getting an e-mail authentication error

QuoteWerks getting an e-mail authentication error

When trying to send an e-mail, you might receive an error message mentioning "authentication".  This means your email settings are incorrect. Check with the person that manages your e-mail.

Here is some of the things that sometimes go wrong:

1) Multi factor authentication was turned on

2) Email provider was changed

3) New security protocols are put into place

4) Password changed

Please confirm the correct settings for SMTP email with the person that manages your email.  Once you have these settings, go through the normal steps to set up your Quotewerks e-mail. How?

We have a complete support system standing by to help if you have any questions or problems. Please take a moment to set up a helpdesk account. How?

Once you have a helpdesk account setup, getting help is easy! How?
