Getting Started with RAS1 (Remote Application Server)

You should have received a Welcome letter from us.  To start using your RAS (Remote Application Server) apps:

- Open a browser and enter this URL:  https://ras1.cloudtopremote.com/

- Click on Download Client.




- Click on the Download button.




- Run the downloaded file and select "Install Full Client".



- Click "Next"



- Check the "I accept the terms..." box, click "Next", and click "Next" again.



- Click "Next".



- Select "Do not install Single Sign-On component" and click "Next".



- Click "Install".



- Click "Finish".



- Right-click on the Parallels Client and select "Connect".




- Click OK on the Welcome message.




- Double-click on the Parallels Client.




- Now double-click the app to get started:






- Enter your credentials:




- You will be required to choose your own password ... click OK to continue.




- Enter your new password and enter "user" for the domain... Click OK.




- Click OK to continue:




- Click "No".




- Click Open.




- click "Install Parallels Client"









- The app will now open in it's own window!
